We are living in unique times. The 20th century saw the establishment of the modern State of Israel, as well as a rise in the number of non-Jews who are interested in learning about Judaism and Israel from an authentic Jewish perspective.
Yeshiva for the Nations responds to that desire by offering authentic Jewish education to students who are not Jewish. Guided by the principle of Ohr L’Goyim, that the Jewish people are to serve as a Light to the Nations, Yeshiva for the Nations helps non-Jews understand Judaism, the Jewish Bible, Jewish History and Israel in deep and satisfying ways.
Structured like a college, Yeshiva for the Nations serves as a resource for non-Jews who are looking to connect with foundational and advanced Jewish ideas in a friendly, inclusive environment that is both intellectual and accessible.
Yeshiva for the Nations is an Orthodox institution, governed in accordance with Jewish law. All course offerings, both on-line and residential, are taught by Orthodox Jews from Israel and are designed for those interested in dipping into the wellsprings of Jewish learning. Your existing religious identity and faith are respected and Yeshiva for the Nations does not recruit students for conversion to Judaism.
Yeshiva for the Nations is a project of Israel365, which promotes the beauty and religious significance of Israel to friends and supporters around the world.
Donna is a hi-tech entrepreneur, philanthropist, and most dear to her heart, a deeply committed Christian Zionist. Her love for Israel and the children of Israel, began when she had a life changing Spiritual Awakening in 1995 and started reading The Bible. She founded a hi-tech company in the States in 1999 that sold in 2001 – within months of her first visit to Israel – and attributes that visit and the love of Israel to her success according to Genesis 12:3. Donna has dedicated her life to bridging the Christian and Jewish communities.
Rabbi Naphtali “Tuly” Weisz attended Yeshiva University (BA), Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (Rabbinic Ordination) and the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law (JD), and served as the Rabbi of the Beth Jacob Congregation in Columbus, Ohio. Upon making Aliyah, Rabbi Weisz founded Israel365 and serves as the publisher of Breaking Israel News. He is also the general editor of The Israel Bible.
As a group of Bible Students, we enjoyed hearing a lecture from Rabbi Tuly Weisz of the Yeshiva for the Nations on our recent trip to Jerusalem. We had a most unique privilege of encountering a living example of God’s active impact on individuals and increasingly larger groups in Israel, among the sons of Father Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Many Tanakh prophecies mention Israel’s leading role in bringing other nations to the fellowship with the Only, Eternal God (may His Name be blessed).
Our lesson in reading God’s Word was very interesting for us as constantly active students of The Word, searching for God’s Truth. Thanks to Rabbi Tuly’s analysis, we get a little closer to its source. Therefore, we are very grateful for the privilege of meeting with Rabbi Tuly and Donna Jollay and we encourage you to continue this great work you are involved in, the Yeshiva for the Nations.
